Nkemdiche mentions UGA and Ole Miss in his new blog...

Oct 31, 2012, 5:44 PM

zero mention of Clemson. Oh well... nothing earth shattering. Just more of the same "grew up playing the game with my brother. Brother fell in love with Ole Miss. He may have fell in love with UGA if UGA would've offered. I might fall in love with UGA this weekend. I have open arms toward them and them towards me. Ole Miss is having a great season. Should be a great game."

Parents are going to UGA with him on his unofficial.

No mention of Clemson, but he hasn't decommitted so we're still in the driver's seat.

Must be waiting until after his HS season to decommit so his teammates won't be pissed.

If he decommits I think we might have a good shot at Demarcus Walker it seemed like he loved it here, but our class was already loaded at DE. I know he's committed to Florida but he has said that he isn't 100% on them.

Let this kid go already, geez

We're looking for character and integrity to go along with grades and athletics. Last I checked "waffling" or backing out of a committment was a character flaw. Don't need you bro if that's your modis operandi.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

completely agree. cut his @$$ loose.***

CJ and James Davis both had moments of waffling....glad we didn't kick them to the curb. :)

If I was Dabo, I would withdraw the offer now...

Oct 31, 2012, 6:30 PM

I knew when he first committed that Georgia would eventually stick there nose in it. If they want a player in Georgia, they are going to get him. The AJC has turned this into a soap opera. I say offer the teammate that he wanted offered then drop the commitment to him and tell him to go to Ole Miss or Georgia. He's just a publicity hound.

Oct 31, 2012, 6:38 PM

Well he just might decommit if he gets on here and starts reading negative stuff about him. Just stop talking about it and let whatever happens happen. This is why I say they should do away with verbal commitments and just let everything be decided on Signing Day. Have zero commitments and zero class rankings until signing day, that would eliminate all this garbage.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Guy get real what would you like him to say before a visit?

Oct 31, 2012, 7:31 PM

He coming to Clemson, he is making visits and being polite. I don't understand why some many of you live on every word that comes out of his mouth. It isn't that big of a deal.

I remember a great player from georgia in 1979 who commited to clemson. after his hs season ended, he got a job washing cars after school. the owner of this autodealership was a uga alum and this kid started driving a new trans am. he also dropped clemson for uga. go figure. his name was hershel.
