NFL vs CFB broadcast picture quality

I’m getting the normal NFL picture quality but the college games are choppy and look over sharpened like a badly restored photo. Any reason?

I have cable and a relatively new Sony. All of them look pretty good except GT yesterday. Some was their field as others commented. But some was they'd mess w the camera aperture and have it too dark then they overcorrect and have it overly bright.
