I think he committed early to Clemson to help his team mates get offers...he even tried to get another one added...saying "then it would be a done deal"
I think Dabo was a little dubious and encouraged him to think on it, but you don't turn down a 5 star DE. I'm glad he finally decommitted...now both he and Clemson can move on. Once again Dabo handled a tricky situation exactly right!!!

i've seen many a 5 star not make in on the college level just like we've seen college players not make in in the pros. there will be someone out there just as good that wants to be a tiger and be on a winning team.
