Invested with almost Zero Risk in State Bond Issuances that are Federally Tax Exempt one could with near 100% assurance collect 4-5% Federally Tax Free.

Take $15MM x 4% = $600K. Could you live on $600K/year for just getting your fat, greasy, awkward asz out of bed for life? and never touch your principal of $15MM?

based on what he got from Florida combined with what he'll be receiving from uof6c which is $850K annually if invested as you suggested.

I think I could manage to just scrape by on $850K annually.

There's inflation risk there.

An annuity plus a mixture of bonds and stocks would be the safest decision.

Health care is the usual concern so don't neglect a high deductible insurance policy.
