VT got a very favorable schedule this yr. First, the play in the coastal where the teams aren't that good. Second, they didn't have to play FSU, UL, or us during the conference season. Third, the beat UNC in a hurricane. As good as unc offense can be it's not built for bad weather especially with Hood out that game. VT had a offense built for a them conditions IMO. I haven't figured out VT yet.

Pitts defense is horrible. While VT's offense is nothing to rave about, I think they will put up 30-40 points against Pitt, maybe more.

Pitt's run defense is actually pretty good, but they can't defend the pass... at all. Should be a good game up in Pittsburgh.
