If you get the the package I have it comes with HBO, Showtime, ACC and SEC channels Along with Apple TV all with a 3 year price guarantee. Local channels as well as music channels. It is a pretty good package. No contract. They told me I could take my Apple TV box and use wherever I go as long as they had internet and a Ethernet connection.

My internet speed varies from far away 200 mb download

20 upload

Near the box 350 to 400 mb download. I don’t remember the up load speed.

If you are streaming and lose the local channels, HBO or Showtime on your I-pad or another device just delete Spectrum TV app and reload it. It only takes a few mins.

By the way you also get a landline. I use mine as a fax.
