He's lucky he didn't break his own neck. Kickers are suppose to know how to at least 'try' to take down a runner without getting hurt.

He was going for the ball, runner drops his head and body when he sees the punter diving at him.

Poor tackle style but you can at least tell he was hoping to force a fumble. Right to be ejected though.
