Speaking of cocktails, here's a recipe I discovered recently

Wife-of asked me to get dark rum at the liquor store for a rum cake. I came home with dark spiced rum, and she was like 'that's not what I meant' so then I had this extra bottle of rum, so I found a simple recipe:
1. Pour rum in glass
2. Add ice (optional)
It's pretty pretty good actually. Nice occasional changeup from your regular.

Only Mrs No actually used a lot of the bottle in her cake. As far as I recall, I'd never tried any spiced rum. But Kraken is pretty dang good.

this rum cake was pretty intense. Good, but rich and strong.

I could only eat 2-3 bites at a time, and shortly got tired of it. I think she ended up taking the rest of it to work.
