Stick to buying tickets and cheering while we're on defense, Clemson fans. "Your" 3rd String pre-season selection just went 11-1 on the season, and the only loss he had was a half-game where he was injured.

The only reason Kelly Bryant is the starting QB at Clemson is that he got it the old fashioned way: he earned it.

And he's kept it.
When KB was named the starter at the end of last season, I figured that he was a placeholder until we could evaluate the new talent. But he has worked HARD to keep that job against solid competition.

Good call. He definitely took it on & stayed in the grind. I admit I was wrong about him making it to the end of the season. I didn’t think he’d start past game 4. Glad I was wrong.

Big thanks and cred to Streeter and him both for patching up the holes in his game, getting his throws lower for the USC game, and improving the game plan and not running him so much and trusting in his reads and throws more. It's a process.

KB was in his first year starting as successful as DW in his third. W/L is all that counts in college football at the end of the season.
They say DW had more talent at receiver than KB and that sounds about right to me. I know the team isn't the same but the outcome of the regular season is.

KB leaves wide open receivers open all the time.
Can't wait until TL gets here.
IF KB is the best we have, then we have an average QB. He needs to work on being patient, and keeping his eyes down the field.

The only think I can't do is copy a video clip of the game so that I could show you. Basically, the deep balls are wide open. He won't throw there. If Watson was playing, we never would have punted. Not last night. Would have been 60-0 or more

I don't think you know what an average college QB is. Watch some other teams play and you will appreciate what we have in KB.
KB is well above average. That's why he's 11-0 when healthy and an O'Brien Award semifinalist.

We are 11-1 because of Numbers 42 and 90 on the DL
I hope you can appreciate that because when they are gone, we will need to score much more to win games.
