First PT was yesterday for my shoulder

not as bad as I thought it would be, but the therapist said he was starting out slowly because of everything I had done in the surgery.

First time being hooked up to a TENS Unit. It was awesome! Took a lot of the pain away for a couple of hours afterward. Ordered one last night when I got home to use at the house. If you have joint or muscle pain and haven't used one before you are missing out!
