I couldn’t do with a griddle (that I’d want to do anyway)
I wonder what happened to their Kamado. Couple years ago they dropped all kinds of “coming soon” teasers about making one.

moisture than a griddle can handle. Braising, paella, etc
Not sure that’s enough to justify the space it takes up.

You can fry in a comal, but still do most anything a griddle would do. I was looking that the Blackstone, but this might be a little more in line with what I had in mind, and for the same price as the griddle I was looking at.

A pumice stone and some pickle juice (seriously) and that thing will stay shiny.

Pass. That’s nothing you couldn’t do in a big pan on the stove.

There are a number of similar products. Some just weld the holes on an 18 -22" disc blade. These guys have some optional stuff.
https://skottle.com/collectionsCollections Home of all things skottle. They are a great cooking system for overlanding and camping. Campers use the skottles to cook all kinds of food. Breakfast, lunch or dinner the Skottle can do it all. Cooking is better on cast iron, the heat is more controlled and the taste is superior to steel. Heavy construction

https://www.southwestdisk.com/DISCADA plow disk cookers handcrafted in New Mexico by Southwest Disk, the heart of the Southwest, for your ultimate plow disc cooking and grilling experience.
These are cool, I used them to cook for a big crew on a remote work project. I had never seen them until I moved to New Mexico. I welded on legs on a big disc and put it over the campfire, never tried it on a burner. Definitely fun, especially if you’re into cooking over a wood fire
