TIME guilty of journalistic malpractice:

Dec 15, 2020, 4:58 PM

Are you kidding me? The country has been through COVID hell for nine months. People are dying everywhere and millions of dedicated health care workers are working their butts off to treat us. Pharmaceutical companies have been working at 'warp speed' to save us.

And what does TIME do? They name a demented, confused old man who's been living and hiding in a basement since last March as Person of the Year! YCMTSU!! Is the Nobel Prize for Incompetence next?

I'd be fine with Bill Cosby getting time's person of the year if it involved Trump being removed from office.

You forgot about your gal pal Kamala - she was also person or co-person of the year. You might spell her name phonetically. Not sure.

TIME's Person of the Year isn't an award. It's the biggest newsmaker of the year. Usually the presidential winner gets it, like Trump in 2016.

Hitler and Stalin were once named POTY. It's not an honor. It's just a statement.

Definitely. Hitler got it in 1938 and Stalin got it in 1939.
