They both met there obligation to Clemson... gave why they could athletically and earned their degree.

So yes, they absolutely can give their commitment to another school. But congrats on dumb post of the day.

I think it depends on how long the player stays. If they leave after not starting their freshman year, then I'd say they weren't all in to begin with. In the case of Bryce or Chase where you played reserve for years and left because of the talent in front of you, I can still say those are strong commits. Purely because you can't expect these kids to stay with a team and give up the rest of their careers because its "the right thing to do".
