I'm using the You Are Your Own Gym, by Mark Lauren

Feb 14, 2013, 5:41 PM

Body weight exercises. No gym, no equipment to buy (you use regular stuff you have around the home). It's awesome.

If so, I've tried it a few times, works well.

Just finished "Insanity" the second time through. Lost 30 pounds. Wanting to find something along the same lines myself. Looking for something new. Insanity was effective in the loss of weight and gave me some tone, but think i need something a little different to dial it on in.
