with Elliott or Venables, Dabo should say no. This would prevent Ray Tanner from interviewing them, thus ensuring they stay at Clemson.

Dabo is,IMO, probably not the type of guy to say no ,but he could be adamant in saying you can't interview with any of the staff until say National Signing Day in February 2021.
