Earlier this week, you received communication offering the opportunity to fully opt out of season ticket and parking requests for the 2020 football season by Aug. 21. If you have already opted out, we have received your request, and no further action is needed at this time.
For those who are undecided, we anticipate being able to send ticket availability and capacity information next week. If you would like to retain some or all of your initial request, there is no action needed at this time. The Aug. 21 redshirt deadline is just for those who are are choosing to opt out regardless of stadium capacity or game operations.
Once the initial deadline passes, the Ticket Office will begin the process of evaluating and communicating ticket availability for each IPTAY level. At that time, you will have the chance to opt out or reduce your request, with the same access to refunds and bonuses from both the ticket office and IPTAY on tickets and your donation.
The Clemson Athletic ticket office will be in contact with more information for those who wish to retain all or a portion of their original 2020 season ticket requests.
Again, IPTAY has not done a good job rolling this out. This is the second email just today to clarify. Glad they did it, but you would think this would have been vetted better.
Seems the important thing in this new email is you can still get refund on tickets and donation AFTER tomorrows deadline. See last sentence below
