One positive thing that came out of contracting COVID, was that I stopped enjoying dipping while I was sick. Quit cold turkey 3 months ago today.

I was doing good when back at the office --- boss said dipping wasnt allowed in the office anymore so I only had 1 dip on my lunch break from 7am to 4pm. I was down to less than a can a day.
When COVID hit and we went remote, now I'm back up to having one in all day.
It's a horrible habit that I enjoy too much.

habit, and I enjoyed it too much as well. I quit once before, for about 6 months, because my 12 yo kept getting upset about it and throwing away my cans, but I think i'm done for good this time.

Usually at least one dip a day...at night after dinner.
When playing golf (3 times a week) I have one at hole #3 and another at the turn.
During close Clemson football games...the entire can.

sleeves. Its' not that much cheaper, it's just so much more convenient.
I remember going to Leggett's 3-day baseball camp in high school. Me and my buddy made 1 can last 3 days. I wish it was that manageable now lol

You can do them anywhere. No spitting. No one knows you have them in. You can eat and drink with them in. Same rough cost.
Best is the coffee flavored Zyn with that morning cup of Joe. Gives it a Starbucks fancy sweet caramel taste.
