Not sure he could have played it

Any more 'middle of the road' than he did. The sole irritation I had was when the talk began to suggest the game was over by mid-2nd quarter. Once again, the 4 minutes either side of halftime is prime Tiger-time.

he was making conclusions....emphatically and non-stop...starting in the first quarter. I am a fan of Kirk’s and this is the first time I’ve ever listened to him and thought he was out of control. Which...is fine. His kids’ team vs his alma mater...that might play on your thought process. The real problem is that someone at ESPN should have thought better about letting him be the broadcaster for this game.

Honestly when OSU was rolling I thought he and Fowler were going to have an ######.

It was pretty bad last night. Hard to listen to.

As many have said they were excited for new blood in the Natty. Yes Herbie deep down had some personal joy at the early score as any alumni would. Once the game got close and became a major struggle they just relished in having a great game to call with so much on the line.
