For you guys. One of their fans tried to tell them that TL would be a higher rated NFL prospect and they went nuts. This post was particularly funny:
quote: Burrow had a legendary season. Lawrence is a generational talent. There is a difference.
Burrow expresses pocket awareness on the level of Brady, focus, athleticism and accuracy like Brees, and instincts of Russell Wilson, acceleration of an average NFL receiver... His long ball accuracy and touch is nothing I have seen since Joe Montana, the closest recent guy with touch like that is Aaron Rodgers...
I'll knock him and say he's only dead-balls accurate to 45 yards...
Trevor Lawrence is a stud, but he's only 3 of those qualities ^^^^...they both have "it" factor...the game slows the more pressure put on them...
Sure Herbert and Lawrence are bigger and stronger...and likely will have great careers at the next level...but to say Burrow isn't a generational talent is short sighted.

When Burrow does that vs a Brent Venables scheme,

then we'll crown him the king of football universe. This will not be Oklahoma's D.
That dude said he's a walking compilation of all the NFL greats. I figured he's include Dan Marino and Terry Bradshaw somewhere. That guy needs to put the pipe down.

QBs in history but you couldn’t win a starting job quickly or get a lot of good scholarship offers.

Yeah JR was quite a disappointment but remind me when the last time you had a QB go #1....

Never, but that is more of a statement about the Chicago Bears who took Mitch Trubisky than it is about Clemson recent generational QB talent

Burrows has had a great season but he's also a fifth year senior.

Burrow has had a generational season. He's like a veteran NFL QB out there playing in a slow mo, basic math college game. He's a cheat code. Age probably plays a part but certainly isn't all of it.
In the NFL, I still believe Trevor has a higher upside.
I'm curious to see how Burrow hits the ground with the Bengals. Their head coach seems to have promise but that franchise is run by misers.

For you guys. One of their fans tried to tell them that TL would be a higher rated NFL prospect and they went nuts. This post was particularly funny TL will win the Heisman and be the #1 pick next year. He is a phenom. He's bigger and has a bigger arm than JB. JB's stand out skillset are his accuracy under pressure, pocket presence, and reads.
Who's better? Who knows. One thing is for certain though. Clemson would not trade TL for JB. LSU would not trade JB for TL. They are both really good QBs!
