It would help if we had better coverage than this bush league ABC crew. Not enough camera angles. Resolution too grainy.

It did but it’s still out of bounds if your heel hits the sideline while your toe is in bounds. If you stay on your toe and the heel never touches then it would count. The end zone being there didn’t really matter.

Now had he lifted his tow back off the ground prior to hitting the pylon then he would've been inbounds. It's the same rule we've seen called before where a receiver gets his toe in bounds, but his heel comes down on the line. By rule incomplete.

sideline, if your heel hits down out of bounds when you are coming down, it is all considered part of the same motion.
