the point of these insipid little "rant videos" (for lack a better term).....do they accomplish something tangible or intangible that I'm just not seeing?

Is their purpose just to annoy people?

Is there some sort of competition amongst these "rant video-ers"???

I'm just not getting it and I hope I'm just not too obtuse to "get it" and would appreciate any rational, calm explanation to help.
