I got this Tiger Rag from my grandpa when I was a kid, anyone happen to know what year it is from?

The "Textiles" on the flag leads me to believe it was probably in the range of 1975-1980. I believe the textile students made these as a project. I have one like that, or similar, stored away among a lot of my "stuff". The first ones may have been made in conjunction with the Textile Bowl.

This may help a little. Sontara is the material. It's a non-woven fabric that was patented in 1971 by 2 DuPont chemists.

So, it can be no older than 1971.
