BB has the best BB coaching job in America hands down

maybe the best job period.

Runs mediocre program in the shadow of the West Zone, so never has to worry about pressure falling on him because football is so successful

Million dollars a year

Make and NIT every two or three years, maybe an NCAA every four, stay out of the basement bottom of the conference, keep job

ride on coattails of gold medal at world games

always be able to say "we're young" or "our facilities or tradition aren't the greatest"

doesn't get any better for employment

must be nice
