I have a short memory: how did TNET behave in 2015 coot game

Coots had 2 garbage time TDs...

....as I recall some folks were mad that Dabo allowed the coots to get garbage scores. But, I don't think anyone had concerns about the 3rd and 4th string defense players.

That was a young Clemson team, and many players played the coot game and the ACCCG not to lose or get hurt (not a good idea). Once in the CFP, we beat the crap out of OK and gave Bama a good scare.

You have a very bad memory, they cut the lead to 3 with 12 minutes on our first string defense. Hardly garbage time scores.

Brad Brownell: more losses than any other coach in school history.

They scored with one second remaining, cut 12 pt lead to 5

We fumbled several times to keep them in the game.

I remember pure joy in 2014

Not only did we break their streak, but DW4, AS3, and WG9 were all freshmen who lit them up like roman candles. We knew then that our streak had started. We are at five and counting with no end in sight.

The Cluckers are now dreaming of big things in 2019 when we return to that armpit of a stadium of theirs. Jake will dream all through summer camp about his big moment in the sun. They may be better next year in some areas, but they play a tougher schedule - so their record can easily be worse than their current, poor showing.

We lose a lot, but we have a lot coming back. Silly coots. Tigers win again, and again, and . . .
