Agree that a good rule of thumb is to check out the author. While the allegations against Peyton may be true, the author has been discredited by many sources. Apparently lied about his racial makeup for some reason.

It makes little sense as described. He is sitting on the table in a pair of gym shorts as the trainer examines his foot and then without getting up somehow drops his trousers and puts his nads in her face? How did he achieve this without jumping down and if he did why would she just stay their once his foot left her hands and hit the floor? Why was a comparison to Cam a part of this?

I have a hard time believing this article for two reasons:

1) the factual allegations of the article were directly taken from the "facts" of the Plaintiff's complaint. These "facts" are how the plaintiff presented the issue to the court which the fact-finder would determine the credibility.
2) since the case settled, we have no jury/judge acting as the trier of fact to attempt to find the truth of the underlying matter.
This article grounds its conclusions that these came from "court documents" but a Plaintiff's factual allegations in a complaint might as well be tabloid journalism for all we know. We will never know what happened because that incident will forever remain a "he said, she said" predicament.
