I go to bed thinking it was a glorious night...

Then I see where the chickens found a way to win.
They have come so close to packing in the season over the last 5 years and always figure out a way to keep just the smallest glimmer of hope alive to be annoying.
Those bastages would have gone 7-5 had they lost last night. Now they probably win the east. Somehow, we've gotta get it done in Columbia this year.

Their win will help us in two ways, Missouri's stock down

and our stock goes higher when we beat them! GO TIGERS! Oh, it will help when they see the film of all the times that Adam was open and especially no one within ten yards of him in endzone, and Boyd throws it in crowd to Sammy! Adam has good hands too!

I went to bed disgusted by what Missouri had done and woke

up this morning and thought about it and was disgusted again. They had about 25 chances to possibly put the death blow on the coots' season and couldn't follow through on one of them. That might save the coots season.

We don't have the O line or QB to win down there. Boyd will turn it over a bunch and Morris's stubborn ### won't scheme to neutralize Clowney. They are going to kill us.

Tajh has a month to get healthy; USuC has a really bad defense (even with Clowney); Spurlid is always good for a couple of losses a season (see TN game); Connor Shaw is even more banged up than Tajh and they have several difficult games to go. Except for the FSU game, our Tigers find a way to win. Hopefully, that will continue in Columbia.

Yeah. That prevent defense,

which I guess prevents us from stopping their offense. It seems like that defensive look always allows the other team to pick up 10 yards at will.

Missouri played not to lose....

rather than playing to win and that mentality cost them the game; that and apparently no one ever told their holder for FG's and PAT's that the laces are supposed to be turned toward the goal posts.

But credit Shaw, he brought them back and put them into position to be standing there when Mizzou pee'd in the pants.

You know something funny, I pull for South Carolina every week in football every year until they play us because I figure everyone of their wins goes into our column in strength of schedule when we beat them.

That's the way the game goes. Normally those circumstances go against the Gamecocks. This time it didn't.

an open receiver in the endzone ?????
That's about the perfect time for 6 db's along the goal line....2 backers in front of them...and rushing 3....
But hey...that's just me.
