If a two lost SEC East team won the SEC championship game and the SEC was left out of the CFP. Would Paul Finebaum's bubble head explode?

No, because a one-loss SEC West team would get in on a seldom-used clause that says you must have one SECschool in the CFP'S.
Now if that school was the coots, then Chicken Little would lose his head.

P.S.Just thought of something. Do they even have a bubblehead Paul figure?

The one loss west team could potentially be the one that watched the championship game. Alabama still has LSU and Auburn, and LSU still has Alabama, Auburn and A&M. I don't expect the East to win, or some of the other necessary things to happen, but I don't think that it is any more of a stretch at this point for the SEC to miss out than the idea that they will have 2 teams.

I think the clause is something like “Each college football regular season will be played for the purpose of trying to justify why two SEC teams won’t be in the CFP”.
