I sucked it up and went outside this morning. The real feel was 9 degrees. I could only do 4.5 and had to come back. I couldn't have been out there for another 8-10 minutes, my face was numb, fingers were hurting, sidewalks were mostly hard pack snow, so I ran as much as I could on streets in town.
20 is typically my cutoff with snow and ice on ground as it slows you down so much. I think it will stay that way.
Back to treadmill tomorrow. That was brutal.

when I ran and dropping as the sun went down. I was fine in a LS Patagucci with a light jacket and shorts. 9 degrees is more along the lines of tights, LS shirt, hoodie, hot hands, mobile fire pit, and bourbon in the water bottle.
Good for you though, impressive.

I hate running in pants. I bought two pair this year to try and still haven't tried them. I'll just let my legs go numb.

matter what, and 45 is my limit. And at 45 there can't be any wind. This year, there have always been 3 days out of 7 that fit that requirement, but that is not always the case.

I think I got mine for $50 and I wear it all the time, had it for 4-5 years probably.

I cannot find warm gloves.

I have everything else good and covered. But even for skiing, I cannot find anything that keeps my hands warm
The gloves I use now skiing have a zipper pocket on top that holds a hot hands. That was somewhat a game changer for me skiing, but my hands still get cold.
Running I wear some craft gloves that have the pullover Mitten cover. Love them and would be good in the South too.
