I don't think he would do that to his alma mater.

I think minimum of 5 years or CFP championship - whichever comes first

No way Harbaugh stays at Michigan that long. His ego is too big for that.

A boatload of cash, around 9 million I believe. Much less pressure in college, and more job security - especially for a coach like Harbaugh. He may not have to recruit in the NFL, but they have longer hours, and again, much more stress. I see him at Michigan for a minimum of 6-8 years, if not longer. All he has to do at Michigan is beat OSU. Totally different ballgame in The League. Much easier for him to have long term success at Michigan.

people in college right now. He might go back to the NFL at some point, but i would be pretty surprised if he doesn't stay at Michigan for awhile first.
