Hate night games

College football should kick off at 1:00pm
I live 1000 miles away
I get to come to one game a year.
I was there for the Matty Ice throw right in front of me in 2007
I was there last year in the last game , hardest night I have ever had in over 30 yrs
So, although I can go , I will not go to UGA, means that much to me

To that point, for an afternoon game we all trickle in and

take our spot , set up and begin the party. After the game we all meander back and eat/ drink, enjoy fellowship maybe even nap then randomly just ease back home.
At a night game everyone is ready to get the heck out of there.
at the miserable south Carolina game last fall I left Greer around 1pm to get to the tailgate in time to enjoy it, no rush. After the game it was 28 degrees and everyone was ready to go. I was forced into a line of traffic I was not familiar with and sat, and sat, and sat ........got home at 3AM

Only the die hards will be there, and I have been amember of that group for a very long time. Night games with dawgs or coots get real nasty at nightbefore, during, and after (home or away).

It's all about the money, every game. The fans aren't given much, if any, consideration in those decisions would be my bet.

and it was brutal. I think all games in the south should be at night until October. I hate standing there, baking in the sun all afternoon.

The only current problem I have with night games is that they start at 11pm for me...
...the problem I have with attending night games is the stupid South Carolina law of no serving alcohol on Sunday, which cuts off the bars at midnight.
Is there a chance they will ever change this rule or could create a local law in Clemson which allowed bars to stay open?

More time to tailgate, no rush to wake up extremely early and get out there, and a more electrifying environment. I love night games.

Night games provide much better atmospheres but I understand why clemson needs to keep them early when possible.
