that claiming Covid issues would have resulted in an ACC Championship and guaranteed Playoff spot. I have to assume their coaches are smart enough to know that a blow out against a full powered Clemson team was a possibility and I get no impression they ever considered avoiding the game. Maybe nobody would actually do that and it’s just fans being conspiracy theorists but in any event they played.

I am thrilled that we are the ACC Champs again, even more so because we kept the temporary members from claiming the title. I do wish they would consider joining but I guess they value their independence in football too greatly. So be it.
