Glad aTm loses Manziel & their projected 1st round NFL OL&WR

So we can see an entertaining, close win for them over usc Jr in their opener to end the amazing 3 year home win streak that put a total of 2 ranked SEC opponents to bed. Would not be interested in a blowout win for aTm over usc jr at all. Can't wait to see them play UGA (probably limping into the game after playing us), Auburn, TENNESSEEEEEEEE, VANDY, UF, and UNC.

I can see an 8-4 season if everything goes cooties way once again, with 6-6 being the likely result. Another bowl win over a team ranked outside of the top 20, like new Mexico state or something, should get you guys over .500

Well you had a chance 2 of those 3 years to end the streak and that didn't work out so well for you. Glad you have faced the fact that you need someone else to break it because you can't.

The defense will benefit from a lot of returning players and the clown circus distraction exiting. The biggest ? for SC will be no Shaw. He could will both offense and defense to play better. OBS is hard on QBs, so if DT has some bad series; their is no more Shaw to the rescue.

Is it good or bad that those guys are returning for A&M's D?

They were atrocious last year. The best thing that A&M can hope for is that most of those guys lose their jobs to better players during camps.
