If you have a chance to select a restaurant, I highly recommend The Market Street Grill. If someone else is paying :) the King Crab legs are the best i ever had but they are pricey ($70 for two).

Also, if you are a beer drinker, heck even if you are not, you need to try some Polygamy Porter from Wasatch Brewing in Park City. Polygamy Porter's tag line... "Why have just one?". The beer isn't bad, but I believe all beer is Utah is low alcohol (3.5% - 4%). By the way, when you are drinking in a restaurant or bar, they will not allow you to order another one until your glass is empty.

I wore my Clemson shirt and hat during a visit to Salt Lake City last month, and several people stopped me to talk football. I ran into numerous Clemson fans in the other Rocky Mountain states, and one coot fan at Mt. Rushmore.

The most interesting one was a huge guy in Montana. He said he had been an offensive lineman for Tennessee and chose the Vols over Clemson because he thought TN had a brighter football future. He said that was the biggest mistake of his life, and he is a Clemson fan now.
