Vocal Leader of the OL? Anybody know?

Jackson Carmen was a highly touted player coming in: 5 star prospect. He had the most experience of any returning OL we had. But, his personality does not lend itself to being the type to "light fires or challenge guys"!
Who among the OL group is that type guy?

I use to learn a bunch from the Vlogs they use to put out; but with "the vid" haven't seen much about personalities in this young group!
Player lead "challenging of manhood is better than coach lead" to me. Do we have one of those types on the roster? Question for anyone who might know!

Not surprising nobody knows. Rightfully so - exposure to the team is very limited!

All I can say is; hope someone is stepping up and assuming that role! Your OL sets the tone for the entire team! In 2018 the DL kind of did that - but by them "beating up" the OL in practice they made them guys tougher!

Oh well! Guess I'll just have to wait and see!

Could Vinson coming back add some leadership and a boost to the group... Or too early with few reps.

Just thinking they're going to have to step up Sat and take charge of the game. With 2 weeks off, thinking we'll get every wrinkle know thrown at us. Kinda a no lose situation VT is in. Wanting to step up for the coach with all the rumors. Who knows but this game has me nervous... Not even this nervous for the ND game.

Afterall, they have recruited right behind us and fsu the past 3 yrs.

They are good and as you said, "might be super motivated" but I think with all the things Clemson has gone through recently "it won't be enough for VT"! Our guys will come out and have a chip on their shoulders as well.
VT has done good in recruiting but I don't think they have been top 15 even. Honestly, I don't think they have been in the top 20 in recruiting(don't quote me though). They don't have the depth to hang with our Tigers! Clemson i.m.o also has the coaching edge by a wide margin. It would take a bunch of things to happen for VT to win.

OL will come out and play great!
