The answer would appear to be yes, if the Pubs controlled the House. I would personally prefer to impeach a dead President though. LBJ comes to mind for his decision to keep sending young men to die and be wounded in Viet Nam when he viewed the war as unwinnable.

Hopefully having a trial to remove a President who is no longer President will be a once in a lifetime circus.

Yes, if you can prove that he lied about winning an election he lost to millions of people, and then incited an insurrection on the Capitol that resulted in 6 deaths, including a Capitol policeman who was beaten to death with a fire extinguisher.

If you can show he did any of those things then yes, impeach Obama.
