Clearly Ribeye. A man's steak. Prime Rib is a great way to prepare it, but grilled is great too.

try a chuckeye steak. It is the end cuts of the ribeye, and to me has better flavor that a ribeye and is much cheaper. I got one the other day that was 1 1/2 inch think and as big as a man's hande....$5.37. I actually cut it in half and just cooked one half.

Just be sure not to get chuck steak...make sure it is chuckEYE.

I love a Pittsburgh style filet at a great steakhouse when I go out to eat. Filet definitely my choice when I am at a restaurant.

But I have not found a restaurant that can do a ribeye as good as I can do at home on the grill. I prefer the ribeye at home.

Prime rib is my favorite.
Ribeye (prime rib cooked different) is my favorite of the above choices.
Grill it with a bit of garlic powder, a lot of Louisiana hot sauce, and finish it off with butter.

Prime rib is best.
But from your choices a thick cut ribeye cooked Pittsburg pink will do fine. Pittsburg pink is cooked on a very hot open flame and charred outside and rare to med rare inside.
