The newscaster for the local station pronounced it "AY-chin". Glad I heard her say it, I would'very pronounced it "eh-tee-IN". Way to go recruiting staff, as usual!

and yeah, that's the pronunciation.

t-i equates to 'ch' in a lot of French words.
