First come first serve ? Doesn't fill up usually ? Will be bikini clad coeds playing slip and slide basketball ?
What's the deal when parking in the East Library Lot ?

We were in there last year. First come first serve. Filled up slowly as the day goes on, but you can park out on the road as well. It never got too packed. We parked on the asphalt and tailgated in the grass or by the reflection pond. No slip and slide. BYO coeds.
