I had all intentions of smoking it today. But I’m sick as a dog. So just doing the old oven method. Gonna have mashed taters and creamed spinach for sides.

That's a prime rib, right? If it is, make sure you coated in course salt on the outside.

which means they sell a choice cut at a premium price. There is no store in my town that ever has prime beef, only the restaurants.
