Coots predicting only a half-capacity crowd for Akron, so

Nov 27, 2018, 1:06 PM

would this be considered a moral sellout?

Can you still call it a sellout when you have to resort to just

giving the tickets away?

Actually, I think you can

apparently the word moral just negates what follows...

moral victory = not really a victory
moral sellout = not really a sellout (whether that be through low attendance or not actually "selling" the tickets)

but having to give away tix... Thats pretty sad. So they cloak it as "community outreach"

I just don't understand it....

On the heels of their big moral victory over Clemson, what Capon wouldn't want to see their team become eligible for an all expense paid holiday vacation to Shreveport, Birmingham, or Memphis?

Maybe if they showed the $EC CHampionship game on the jumbo screen so u5c fans can cheer for Alabama, attendance would improve.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

The sellouts...

...are the other half staying home to cheer on Alabama.

I don't see why it wouldn't be crowded

Nov 27, 2018, 1:15 PM

since their team is coming off a huge moral victory. Only losing by 21 should give them tons of confidence heading into the big game against Akron.

Supposed to rain all Saturday afternoon.***

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up
