If there is at least one starter on each side of the line, who will be out due to positive tests, the. you would have to assume that the contact tracing would hit both lines as well. Unless they practice individually along the lines or 6 feet apart at all times with masks on. If there is no other players out from contact tracing, then they either did a fantastic job of isolating while still managing to work as a unit or something is a miss. Time will tell
