Sep 17, 2018, 10:38 AM

I have not been able to follow the team like usual but does anyone know how the team looks so far this year?

Save this link. This is the University's Athletic Department website: http://clemsontigers.com/index-main.html

Click on the sport and you'll see everything and it's updated daily, if not hourly. Presently they are 5-2-2.

We look okay so far.. don't have a great record, but they've had a challenging start to the season with a lot of travel. Expect them to compete well in the ACC and beyond. The next three games against furman, wf and unc will tell us a lot.

It's a rebuilding year....

for the soccer team.

A lot of talent but a lot of youth and inexperience.

I wouldn't call it a rebuilding year. We returned quite a few starters, added several talented grad transfers and had the #2 recruiting class in the nation.

I respectfully disagree...

Clemson had to replace Jason Wright, Michael Melvin, Grayson Raynor, Saul Chinchilla, Olivier Shannon and leading goal scorer Diego Campos, amongst others.

In these players, the Tigers lose 25 goals and 25 assists, which is nearly 60 percent of the goals they scored last season.

If that doesn't constitute rebuilding, I don't know what does.
