Clemson OF Kier Meredith officially announces he's returning. Carson Spiers is the lone Tiger regular to sign as an undrafted free agent to this point.

With the new MLB rules, isn't true that Carson Spiers won't get a dime of signing bonus money? He should have put in for the waiver and come back for another season to work on the reason why he didn't get drafted!!!

Signing bonuses were capped at $20,000 this year.
