How we looking this year? I know our weekend rotation will be good with strider Clark and sharpe. Wonder what the scoop is on the diamond.

When DJ announced he was coming to Clemson it was implied he was also playing baseball, does that change now that Brice is leaving?

I believe in one of his interviews DJ said
that he was only going to play football at
Clemson.

DJ said the other day, he decided to play football only this year and will reevaluate his situation next year on the 2 sport deal.

If the approach at the plate doesn't change, itll be a repeat of the previous 4 years. I think we're very talented though

I hope for big things. I think pitching will be huge. We gotta play small ball. I love the long ball but we been to reliable on that.

In fact, significantly better.

The approach at the plate the last several years has been atrocious.

It's really up in the air right now.

The weekend rotation is likely dependent upon the success of a couple of guys that have missed significant time recovering from injuries.

If those guys come back and are on top of their game, we will see a pretty big jump in starting pitching. They are more talented than the guys that did it last year.

Better weekend starters means we don't burn as many bullpen arms and it helps us hold onto small leads late in games.

There are a lot of unproven hitters as well, but the hopes are that they will be a little more well-rounded than last season's lineup.

There are so many unknowns to tell how the team will actually look this season.

The talent and potential are there to be improved, but potential and on-field performance are very different things.

I'm taking a wait and see approach.
