I'm not sure my old heart could handle that - and I'm only 35. But, given how things were going, I could see that happening and I'd take it.

On a related subject - do any of you guys listen to The First Team on XM91? They had a caller that was a Clemson fan and that led into them talking about this upcoming game and Taylor did some little Spurrier impression, talking trash about us (not him -just saying what the nut sack would say)...

I think I bent my steering wheel. We ABSOLUTELY have to beat those a$$h0les this year!

With the weaknesses each team has..it still comes down to coaching..

And whether our brain trust of DaBO/Morris/Venables can outsmart Spur..and there's the catch I worry about.

He's beat us twice in DV (2010 & 2012) And 3 times in WB..even when we had some of the greatest talent ever..so what's to say he can't get his boys uP for a run & win again. Awburn sure was in his sights @ their storied place.

Saying..close game..either way..and the main things Clemson has going are: Home field & Crowd, Watson & Tiger D.

Will this be enough versus near genius football brainpower?!

I predict it's going to be almost identical to their game last week. Expect him to go for it on any 4th down anywhere north of their own 30, lots of trickery, schemes and weird blocks - and probably some dirty play as well. In the end, I do think we'll get them, but I in no way think it'll be a blowout.
