With money you can wait and see on. No emergency fund money, but this decline is a fire sale that has gotten ridiculous.

Please don’t buy gold.

confiscated by the Government when times get real bad. See FDR's Executive Order 6102 that he put into action in 1933 - happened once and could happen again...

They are calling for the market to correct 10% more still over the next few months.

Forgot to add probably still a decent time to buy even if this supposed to be bad next 6 months to a year for the market. Companies are already lowering earnings estimates, so I wouldnt expect too much. In the long haul this has to be a solid time to buy though. I got in on an S&P 500 index fund earlier today.
