I agree.
If you're born male, you get substantial advantages in muscle and bone density...which gender reassignment surgery does not automatically wipe away.
This is where the Dems tend to go awry, their tendency to try to legislate reality with a good intentions and a stroke of the pen, when it's seldom that simple.

All of these girls should boycott sports for a year and just let the transgender dudes run or compete in whatever sport alone. It would end it all imo. The powers that be would rectify the situation.

legislating things that are clearly not so.
Almost all men are both stronger and faster than almost all women. I think it's something like 90% of men > 90% of women. Most high school boys track/field records beat most women's Olympic track/field records. I think the high school boys 100 meter record is over half a second faster than the female Olympic record (I saw this months ago, so is from unreliable memory, but I would bet money on it.)
Yet we legislate as if that is not the case. We don't even care about truth anymore.

Boys USA high school record is 9.86 from some kid from Gastonia, NC. That's obviously the state record as well. The state record for girls in NC is 11.21 The high school national girls record is 10.98. The women's Olympic and world record for the 100 is 10.49. That was set way back in 1988 too. I looked it all up of course.

to compete and while there has been some controversy, women's sports still exist. So, two arguments clearly seem wrong here: 1.) Biden's executive order allowing Transgender athletes to compete (this was already the case) and 2.) End of Women's sports (Since they were already allowed to compete/run)
But the issue is clearly complicated, especially when intersex persons/athletes are included in the conversation (as they should be I think). I have a hard time seeing this issue as binary considering how complex it is.
