We really need someone like Brenen Thompson. I feel as though we have too many of the same type of WRs on the outside.

Justyn Ross (6'4)
Frank Ladson (6'3)
Joe Ngata (6'3)
EJ Williams (6'3)
Ajou Ajou (6'3)
Beaux Collins (6'3)
Dacari Collins (6'4)
Adam Randall (6'3)

These are all tall, physical WRs that can beat you outside the numbers. And that's great since we have QBs with enough arm talent to consistently make those throws. However, our offense seriously lacks that explosive, quick twitch, Sammy Watkins type WR. We don't have a guy that can take a screen or slant 75 yards to the house. I feel like our WR room needs someone with legit 4.3 speed and open field playmaking ability. Brenen Thompson is that guy. I hope we land him.

Agree with Leon. Would like to see more of a variety at WR. Speed guys, Tall guys, etc. Most all of our guys are same build. Bama did it this year with 2 speed guys. Waddle, and Smith. Speed kills.
