The warning was issued to both teams so I suspect that they were suspended. Since neither hit a batter the rule may not apply to them. Good question.

They’re supposed to be suspended for 4 games and coach for one game per ncaa rules because the ejection was deemed intentional.

Which is crazy because neither pitcher did it with intention. I could see if a pitcher threw several pitches at a batters head... all these were normal pitches.

I agree. Neither of these pitches appeared to be ‘brush back’ pitches but the umps feared they were losing control of the game and acted accordingly. I can’t be to judgemental of these decisions. There was a lot of friction between the teams with it being a rivalry game and the Tigers were about to be swept.
