Bama is not dropping. Just listen to all the broadcasters out there. It's not who's number 1 but who can beat Bama. The entire media has pushed it to as Bama will only fall if beaten in the playoffs and I'm betting that some voters in the (Clueless) AP and Coaches poll will still vote them #1. After tomorrow night it will be Nut cutting time. Go Tigers just finish leftover turkey and go crack some nuts.

probably nothing would change. However, when Clemson wins Saturday we could drop to #4 regardless of whatever else happens - going with the "logic" to date. If Penn St and Wash lose, Michigan probably goes back to #3 and Wisconsin, OK or OK St, and USC(Sr) get heavy consideration for #4 vs Clemson. I'm not professing to be a ranking guru. That's just how it's playing out with ESPN/ABC/Disney influence and the need to sell advertising at big $$. You ask, "Well what about Colorado if they win?" They are irrelevant in the TV market so they get no mention.
This system is hosed and corrupt. If you aren't conf champ by however your conf determines their champion, or at the very least you don't even play in the conf champ game, you shouldn't be considered for the playoffs - and that includes Notre Dame which needs to join full fledged or be left out.
So, am I saying that if FL beats AL and is SEC conf champ (haha) then FL should be in the playoffs? Yes, or the SEC gets left out all together - and we know that ain't gonna happen.

The committe will not drop us to four and put two non-confernce champs ahead of us after we just won a confernce championship vs. a top 25 team while they didn't play. Also no way in hell USC is considered for the four spot either.

I agree USC(Sr) shouldn't be anywhere in the conversation but ESPN yappers want to put them in the conversation. Doesn't matter they lost 3 games early, to the yappers. "They found a QB and they are playing as well and anybody right now." Problem is "right now" shouldn't be a key factor. Don't win conf or don't play in conf champ game, then don't go to playoffs. (No sarcasm there.)
